I appreciate your interest in learning more about our fleet maintenance program. Cutting Edge Technology Group, Inc. (CETG), has set itself apart from all other fleet companies. We manage the fleet repair needs for vehicles located in the United States.

We set high expectations for the level of service provided on our fleet vehicles. CETG directs drivers to a preferred network of maintenance and repair facilities called the CETG elite Network.

By joining the elite Network members enjoy numerous benefits including:

Immediate Payment

No longer will you have to mail an invoice or wait for a check. With our proprietary automated payment system, what used to take days or weeks now only takes a few minutes.

Elite Status

CETG’s exclusive member database highlights your facility as an elite provider of member shops for any maintenance and repair needs of the fleets.

Repair Referrals

As an elite member, you have priority status for receiving referrals for fleet vehicles with maintenance needs in your area.

Fast answers and approvals

We have the lowest fleet hold times in the country we respond to your vehicle questions and approval needs immediately. Every vehicle profile is at our fingertips; as our ASE-certified advisors can answer any question you have and help avoid delays during the repairs.

Network Support

We provide our elite network members with a fully staffed support team at our toll-free number who can answer any program questions you may have.

Please ensure that you complete all the required forms and submit them for review. Once we have approved your application, you will be added to our elite Network List for fleet and member referrals.

I agree to the terms of this Membership Agreement with CETG, Inc.

CETG Advantage Network Members commit the following to CETG, Inc:

Pre-Approval Cooperation:

Elite Network members will be courteous and professional with our clients, Elite repair facilities will obtain prior approval from CETG, Inc. before any repair work is performed on the vehicle. CETG, Inc. is not responsible for payment on work that is not authorized or for payment that exceeds the approved amount.

Storage Fees: Elite network members will provide at no charge for any vehicle in the process of evaluation and/or repairs for a period of up to thirty (30) business working days.

Vehicle Liabilities: Elite network members will have CETG, Inc. names as certificate holders on your garage liability and garage keepers insurance. See the attached form.

Vehicle Release: Elite Network members will refrain from delaying the release of the vehicle to the driver as a result of any program or billing dispute. Elite Network members will accept in good faith that all issues will be resolved by CETG, Inc. within a timely manner.

Warranties: Advantage Network members must provide for mechanical repairs a minimum warranty of 12 months or 12,000 miles.

Pricing: Elite Network members will provide lower market labor rates on all submitted invoices. At no time will Elite Network members increase the cost to CETG, Inc. to cover the expense of program-related fees.

Insurance Certification: Elite Network members should submit an annual certificate of liability insurance to CETG.

Payment: Elite Network members must submit billing to CETG, Inc. for payments no later than 90 days from the date of services performed. CETG, Inc. is not responsible for payment on invoices submitted after 90 days.

Fee Submission: Elite Network members will provide an admin fee of 700.00 to CETG, Inc. annually. This is a non-refundable fee. All submitted invoices for work completed will be paid and the auto parts cost will be taken from the gross invoice to cover auto parts purchased from AutoZone per invoice. All Parts including dealer parts must come from AutoZone near your facility. This is non-negotiable. You can buy parts from another vendor only if AutoZone can't get the parts. Our in-house investigation unit will be calling from time to time to check on the purchase.

Termination Notice: Elite Network members understand that this agreement is an open-ended contract whereas CET, Inc. can terminate this agreement for any reason. Elite Network members will continue to honor the CETG, Inc. Network Membership Agreement until all outstanding invoices have been paid by CET, Inc.

Confidentiality Agreement: Elite Network members agree not to disclose information regarding program guidelines or procedures to outside third parties without the written consent of CETG, Inc.
